We pay the Living wage

We pay at least the London Living Wage (£13.85/hr) on a monthly basis.

Mileage Allowance

We'll pay you for your travel

If you need to travel for work to meet customers, we will pay you 45p per mile.

At Ticaga all our employee's start with a short probation period of 3 months, this allows you to get a feel of how our company works and learn our software.

We pay our employee's on the last working day of each month, this is to ensure that you get paid on time and can plan your finances accordingly.

We pay via bank transfer, so you will need to provide us with your bank details when you start.

You also gain an extra holiday day at 1, 3, 5, 7 & 10 years, with us.

We also have a holiday buy-back scheme (Not including compulsory 28 days).

This role is office-based. After the probation period, a hybrid working arrangement may be offered, requiring a minimum of two days per week on-site. If you're working from home, you'll need to have a reliable internet connection and a suitable work environment.
